A Bit About Me

Kameke Richardson-Owens, is a Licensed Master’s Social that is licensed in Maryland and Virginia. Kameke obtained her MSW at the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Social Work and has supported clients in the behavioral health field for the last 10 years. Kameke has experience with adults and families in different populations and worked in various settings with skills in managing depression and anxiety, serious mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and crisis intervention.   

If you are struggling with depression and anxiety, Kameke can help you navigate these feelings and offer a path forward to guide you through troubled times. She believes in taking a collaborative approach to help clients reach their goals, and she provides a non-judgmental approach that involves interpersonal therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
